Science & Business sessions book at least 24 hours in advance. The Emergency Hour is same-day, subject to availability — if the calendar is full, you’ll be offered the next available slot. Booking window: 6:00 AM – 5:00 PM PT.
Cancellation & rescheduling: All bookings are final and non-refundable. Reschedule at no charge by emailing support@ddhort.com up to 24 hours after your scheduled start time. After that window, the session is forfeited.
Every booking includes a written follow-up — within 48 hours, often sooner.
After the call you receive a short written summary: the key takeaways, recommendations, and any calculation or spec discussed — sent to your inbox within 48 hours, guaranteed. The follow-up is a recap of what was covered in the session, not a comprehensive written report, audit, or stamped deliverable.

All consultation bookings are final and non-refundable. You may reschedule at no charge by emailing support@ddhort.com any time up to 24 hours after your scheduled start time. Example: for a Monday 10:00 AM session, you have until Tuesday 10:00 AM to request a free reschedule. Requests made more than 24 hours after the scheduled start time are not eligible for rescheduling, and the session is forfeited.
